Message from the leadership

The 2024/2025 crop season marked a pivotal stage in Atvos' transformation. We sustained strong financial performance while advancing in innovation, sustainability, and people development. We invested in agro-industrial operations and digital transformation, strengthening our foundations to reach 28 million tons of cane crushed in the short term.

In the coming years, we intend to exploit the synergies between the different biofuels and increase our productivity, with emphasis on working alongside more than 2,600 partners. We envision exporting up to 20 percent of our ethanol production, expanding Atvos' footprint across the world's leading bioenergy markets.

With this guidance, we proudly and responsibly reaffirm our role in the energy transition in Brazil and globally—a journey built by people: our shareholders, team members, agricultural partners, business partners, and the communities where we operate.

More than BRL 1.5 billion invested in agriculture and industry

Financial and market results

We overcame the challenges of the 2024/25 crop season and delivered solid results. Total sugarcane crushing amounted to 25.8 million tons. In the same period, we recorded a 36 percent increase in anhydrous ethanol sales and 4.2 percent growth in higher value-added markets.

  • Net revenue of BRL 7.7 billion.
  • EBITDA of BRL 3.5 billion.

Regenerative agriculture and circularity

We are expanding regenerative practices to enhance the quality of our sugarcane fields and reduce our carbon footprint within a circular economy model.

  • We expanded the use of organic waste composting, reaching 31 percent of our total planting area.
  • All our industrial waste, such as filter cake and vinasse, is used in 227,600 hectares of sugarcane fields.

Global low carbon platform

Our decarbonization strategy combines direct actions to reduce CO₂ emissions with carbon capture and sequestration solutions, while also expanding our biofuel portfolio and ensuring the efficient use of agro-industrial waste.

  • Construction began on our first biomethane plant in Mato Grosso do Sul, with the potential to supply up to 40 percent of our vehicle fleet.
  • Advanced engineering underway for the installation of two corn ethanol plants.

Operational efficiency and digital transformation

In the 2024/25 cycle, we reinforced three strategic pillars: tighter integration between technology and business, deeper engagement with the innovation ecosystem, and faster scaling of solutions with high transformative potential.

  • Evolution of the Cubo project into an integrated business management platform, incorporating artificial intelligence resources and real-time analysis.
  • Strengthening of the innovation ecosystem through strategic partnerships.

Organizational culture and diversity

The 2024/25 crop season was marked by the update of our Culture, developed in a participatory way, and by the progress achieved in the digital inclusion of our 11,000 team members. We have also strengthened the diversity and inclusion agenda, with a focus on gender equity and increasing the presence of women in leadership positions.

  • Consolidation of the new Atvos Culture, with the integration of five Attitudes into our people management cycle.
  • Progress made in gender equity, with 27.4 percent of leadership positions held by women.
